"Sabah" aims to defeat "Petrokub" team on their home field as well.
According to "Report", this was stated by the head coach of "Sabah", Valdas Dambrauskas.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the return match of the II qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League against the Moldovan team "Petrokub" in Baku:
"Our away match went well. But we want to beat this opponent at home as well. Although we won away, nothing is clear yet. Our preparation was at a high level. You can't look down on the opposing team."
The specialist emphasized that there are still problems in the game plan:
"There are issues we need to work on. Although we kept a clean sheet in the away match. But we have to do the same success in the return game as well.
I was satisfied with the end of the away match. Because we played very bravely and scored winning goals. However, we didn't perform very well in the first half."
It should be noted that the "Sabah" - "Petrokub" match will start on July 31 at 20:00 at "Bank Respublika Arena" in Masazir. In the first match between the teams, the Azerbaijani club won - 2:0.
