– I feel happy with the result. My team completed the tasks. We were thinking about winning, not protecting the result we achieved in the first game. The opponent gave us difficult moments. They have individually quality players. "Sabah" gave us difficulty in some moments.
– The team seemed more comfortable today than in the game in Bulgaria. What changed?
– Only one player had changed in the squad. Only Rupanov was in the starting lineup. Why were we comfortable? Because the players knew the tasks they were given. They made sacrifices.
– Your team played reliably in defense…
– We played well both in attack and in defense. The main thing was to establish good inter-line communication. We can make changes depending on the opponent. It depends on the demand we face.
– This is your first season in Europe with "Levski". What is your goal?
– My mentality is just to go from game to game. I only focus on the upcoming games.
– Is there a special player you singled out in the "Sabah" squad?
– "Sabah" has a good head coach. I don't like talking individually. Akim Zedadka was my player in Spain. Valdas Dambrauskas has created a good team. I am sure that the club has its value in the transfer market.
