Timoteusz Puchacz, the Polish defender of the "Sabah" football team, hopes to be called up to the national team again.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to "Przegląd Sportowy Onet" that the defender believes he will get a chance thanks to his performances in Azerbaijan.
"I don't want to impose myself on anyone through interviews and conversations. But I currently play as a left-back. I also played in that position at Lech," said Puchacz.
The football player emphasized that he continues to work to return to the national team:
"Everyone wants to play in the national team. I will try to prove with my performances that I deserve this chance."
It should be noted that Puchacz has already played 26 games for "Sabah", scored two goals and made nine assists.
He was last called up to the Polish national team in November 2024. In total, the defender has 15 games and three assists for the national team.
