"Sabah" will play its first match in the 2025/26 season of European cups today. According to Sport24.az, the "owls" will host Slovenia's "Celje" in the first leg of the Europa League first qualifying round.
The match, which will be held at the "Bank Respublika Arena", will start at 20:00. The meeting will be managed by a team of referees from Kazakhstan.
The return match between these teams will take place on July 17 in Slovenia.
The team that wins on aggregate over the two matches will face the winner of the AEK (Cyprus) - "Partizan" (Serbia) pair in the 2nd round. The losing team will continue its journey in the Conference League and will face the winner of the "Birkirkara" (Malta) - "Petrocub" (Moldova) pair.
