"We have already started the training camp a week ago. Our preparation continues, there is one, sometimes two trainings a day. The initial stage of the training camp is mostly physical exercises. We are trying to be fully prepared for the season." These words were said by "Shamakhi" football player Rufat Abbasov in his statement to Sport24.az.
The young football player stated that the new transfers of "Shamakhi" will not have a problem adapting to the team:
"Time will tell. I don't think there will be a problem. We have 5 test matches ahead and five matches are considered enough time for the team to adapt to each other. I don't want to talk much about it. I will only say that I will work harder to keep my place in the starting lineup and try my best to be on the field permanently."
It should be noted that "Shamakhi" finished last season in 7th place with 36 points.
