According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the German defender may also reject offers from Saudi Arabian clubs to continue his career at Real.
It is reported that the 32-year-old footballer is ready to reduce his current annual salary from 9 million euros to 7 million euros in order to stay in the team for another season.
In September 2025, Rüdiger suffered a left thigh muscle injury, but returned to training by the end of November. Due to the injury, he played only 270 minutes.
