Today, after the 34th Reporting Conference of the Association of Azerbaijani Football Federations (AFFA), the association's management answered questions of interest to media representatives.
During contact with media representatives, AFFA President Rovshan Najaf answered a question from the Idman.Biz website regarding AFFA's personnel policy, as well as the possibility of employing well-known specialists such as Nazim Suleymanov, Tarlan Ahmadov, Emin Guliyev, and Mahmud Gurbanov.
The AFFA head advised the football community to approach the issue from a realistic standpoint.
"Let's accept the reality that we cannot provide employment for every footballer who finishes their professional career. Despite all our desire, this is not possible. Moreover, this issue is within the competence not only of AFFA, but also of football clubs and the sports community as a whole.
It would not be right to focus efforts on just a few names. In this case, a question will arise regarding other footballers. This would be unfair to other players who have finished their careers," the AFFA president said.
