The "Arriyadiyah" portal previously reported that the Riyadh club could not convince the 41-year-old striker to participate in the game due to his ongoing dissatisfaction with Al-Nassr's owners. This discontent stems from the lack of new transfers during the winter transfer window, as well as the dismissal of CEO Jose Semedo and sporting director Simão Coutinho.
