Portuguese star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo reacted to a post by 41-year-old American alpine skier Lindsey Vonn.
Idman.Biz reports that L. Vonn announced a few hours ago that she was discharged from the hospital after a serious injury sustained during the downhill race at the Winter Olympics on February 8.
Ronaldo emphasized in his comment that champions are defined not only by moments of victory, but also by the moments when they do not give up.
"Lindsey, your strength is higher than the mountains you have conquered. Keep fighting. Legends always come back," he wrote.
It should be noted that Vonn, the Olympic champion in Vancouver 2010 (Canada), resumed her career in December 2024 after a break of almost six years.
