Two-time world champion and two-time Ballon d'Or winner Brazilian Ronaldo spoke about the serious injury he received at Inter. Sport24.az reports that he made a statement about this to El Naional.
"The serious injury I suffered at Inter? That moment is still in my memory. It was as if someone threw a stone at me, shot me with a bullet. I fell and started crying, putting my hand on my knee. Not from pain, but from fear. I thought my career and life were over."
It should be noted that Ronaldo tore his cruciate ligament in April 2000 in the match against Lazio as part of Inter. The Brazilian legend ended his career in 2011.
