Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese forward for Al-Nassr, could become a co-owner of Almeria, a club playing in the Spanish second division.
"Report" reports, citing "Marca", that "Report" has reported this.
The source noted that the 40-year-old Ronaldo has a good relationship with Mohammed Al-Khereiji, the owner of the club and head of the investment company SMC Group, who played a major role in Ronaldo's move to Al-Nassr. The Portuguese player is considering the possibility of acquiring a stake in the company.
After the XXIX round of the current season of the Segunda, Almeria is in sixth place with 62 points.
Ronaldo's current contract with the team runs until the end of the 2024/25 season. The media had previously written that the parties had reached an agreement to extend the employment contract. According to the terms of the new contract, the Portuguese will own 5% of the club's shares.
