Napoli striker Romelu Lukaku has left the Belgian national team camp.
Idman.Biz reports that the national team's press service announced this on social media.
The 32-year-old player has decided to focus on training to improve his physical condition. Lukaku will not travel to the USA with the national team for friendly matches.
During the international break, Belgium will play against the US and Mexico national teams. The matches will take place on March 28 and April 1.
This season, the Belgian has made seven appearances for Napoli in all competitions, scoring one goal. He missed a large part of the season due to an injury sustained in a 2-1 friendly against Olympiacos on August 14. He seriously injured his rectus abdominis muscle in his left thigh.
