"Roma" will acquire the contract of striker Donyell Malen from "Aston Villa" regardless of the season's outcome. Sport24.az reports that "La Gazetta dello Sport" has released this information.
The Dutch footballer was loaned to the "Wolves" this winter for 2 million euros. The loan agreement also includes a purchase option of 25 million euros. This option is mandatory if "Roma" qualifies for the Champions League or if Malen plays 50 percent of the club's matches. Also, 10 percent of the revenue from Malen's subsequent sale will go to "Aston Villa".
According to the source, "Roma" is interested in the striker's transfer regardless of the season's outcome. The Italian club plans to sign a contract with Malen until the summer of 2030.
It should be noted that the forward has participated in 14 matches in all tournaments as part of "Roma", scored 11 goals and provided 1 assist.
