"Roma" has reached an agreement with "Verona" regarding the transfer of defender Daniele Gilardi. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport".
According to the source, the "wolves" will pay 8 million euros plus 1 million euros in bonuses for the permanent transfer of the 23-year-old central defender. 50 percent of the transfer will go to "Fiorentina".
Gilardi was loaned to "Roma" in the summer of 2025. This season, the central defender has appeared in 14 matches.
It should be noted that "Roma" is currently in fifth place in Serie A with 46 points. Gian Piero Gasperini's team will play their next match against "Napoli" on February 15.
