The EFC Commercial, Innovation and Fans Club Connect event was held in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.

The meeting was dedicated to the development of commerce, innovation and fan relations in European football.
The main goal of the event held in Lisbon is to exchange experiences in order to ensure the sustainable financial growth of football clubs, adapt to digital transformation and build a stronger connection with fans.
The meeting, organized as an international platform, was attended by the heads of leading European clubs, commercial and marketing specialists, as well as representatives of technology companies. Panel discussions focused on topics such as fan engagement, global partnerships, ticket sales technologies, and the development of stadium experiences.
Asif Asgarov, a member of the Board of Directors of "Qarabağ" Football Club, made a presentation at the "Creating Fan Loyalty - Beyond Points and Privileges" panel. He talked about "Qarabağ"'s mobile application, its recent development, as well as loyalty, and emphasized that one of the main directions for modern football clubs is to provide real value to fans and build a long-term emotional connection with them. Asgarov said that a properly built fan strategy has a positive impact on both the club's brand value and commercial revenues.
Additionally, projects implemented within the framework of the cooperation between "Qarabağ" FK and "Blocksport" have made it possible to further strengthen digital relations with fans. Thanks to this partnership, new loyalty opportunities, interactive services and personalized experiences are offered to fans, which is an important part of the club's innovative development strategy.
