Former Bayer and Brazil national team midfielder Renato Augusto has announced the end of his professional career.
Idman.biz reports that the 37-year-old football player shared about this on his social media account.
The experienced player's last club was Fluminense, where he played from 2021. He also played for Corinthians, Chinese representative Beijing Guoan and Flamengo.
It should be noted that Augusto played 33 games for the Brazilian national team and scored 6 goals. The football player, who won the Brazilian Championship and the Golden Ball in 2006 and 2015, also won a gold medal at the Olympic Games held in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
