Idman.biz reports that the "rossoneri" are interested in the services of the specialist who is currently managing "Bologna".
The club's sporting director, Igli Tare, has held talks with the coach. Italiano has been offered an annual salary of 4 million euros.
The 47-year-old specialist did not accept the offer because he did not agree with these terms. However, the Milanese have not lost hope of convincing him.
It should be noted that the "Milan" management is also considering Massimiliano Allegri and Thiago Motta.
