Regional stage of U-10 to U-14 leagues to start in Nakhchivan

The regional stage of the U-10, U-11, U-12, U-13, and U-14 leagues of the Azerbaijan Championship in the autonomous republic will start from March 27 to April 12 with the joint organization of AFFA and the Nakhchivan Football Federation (NFF). Sport24.az reports that AFFA and the Nakhchivan Football Federation (NFF) have released information about this.

It was reported that a meeting was held with representatives of the teams of the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, NFF and UGIM in order to prepare for the competitions.

Officials inquired about the state of readiness of the teams and informed the participants about the regulations of the competition, as well as the rules.

It should be noted that 36 teams in 5 leagues will compete. 119 games will be held in 4 venues - Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic stadium, Uzunoba Training and Sports Complex, Sharur Olympic Complex and Ordubad city stadium. The matches will be managed by 14 referees from the autonomous republic. For this purpose, a meeting was also held between the referees and NFF officials, information about the championship was provided, and questions were answered.

According to the regulations, the winners of the U-13 and U-14 leagues in the autonomous republic will qualify for the play-off stage. The meetings of this stage will be organized in Baku.
