The winners of the AFFA Region League have been awarded.
İdman.biz reports that "Khankendi" won gold, "Shirvan" silver, and "Agstafa Gencleri" won bronze medals.
After the decisive matches, an award ceremony was organized. Cavid Najizade, a player from the "Shirvan" OIK team who scored 20 goals, won the award presented to the top scorer. Sarkhan Agayev from the "Khankendi" team was named the best football player of the season in the Region League.
The awards were presented to the teams by AFFA Executive Vice President Sarkhan Hajiyev, President of the Regional Football Federation Iskandar Javadov, and Director of the A National Team Ilgar Gurbanov.
It should be noted that "Khankendi" defeated "Shirvan" 3:0 in the final. In the match for 3rd place, the "Agstafa Gencleri" team defeated the "Goyazan" team with a score of 5:2.
