The referees who will officiate the European Championship qualifying group match between the national teams of Portugal and Azerbaijan under 21 years old are known.

Head referee Konstantinos Fellas will be assisted on the sidelines by his compatriots Pavlos Georgiou and Giorgios Charalampous, as well as Dimitris Solomou as the fourth official.
