Cesar Soto Grado will officiate the La Liga match between "Girona" and "Barcelona".
Idman.Biz reports that, according to the decision of the Referees Committee, David Galvez will be responsible for the VAR system.
This will be Soto Grado's third game involving the Catalans this season. He previously refereed their Copa del Rey match against "Guadalajara", as well as the El Clasico at the "Santiago Bernabeu", which "Real" won 2-1.
The referee has officiated in 16 "Barcelona" matches so far. In these games, the team has won seven, drawn three, and lost six times.
Due to some decisions Soto Grado has made in previous matches - disallowed goals, changed penalties and controversial cards - this appointment is in the spotlight for both fans and teams.
