Reason for Hull City's Transfer Ban Revealed

The English Football League (EFL) has imposed a transfer ban on Hull City. Sport24.az reports that this was announced by The Telegraph.

 

According to the source, the club owned by Turkish businessman Acun is accused of tax evasion. The amount in question is approximately 1 million pounds sterling. The club has been sanctioned for three "transfer windows".

 

It should be noted that Hull City finished the 2024/25 season in 21st place in the Championship.
