Real Madrid defeated Juventus 1-0 to reach the quarterfinals of the FIFA Club World Cup being held in the USA.
According to "Report", the match held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami was officiated by Polish referee Szymon Marciniak.
Gonzalo Garcia scored the only goal in the 54th minute.
Previously, Fluminense (Brazil), Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Palmeiras (Brazil), Chelsea (England), PSG (France), and Bayern Munich (Germany) advanced to the quarterfinals. The final participant in this stage will be the winner of the Borussia - Monterrey match. The winner of this pair will face Real.
The tournament final will be held on July 13th.
