"Real" has presented evidence to UEFA regarding the racist insults directed at forward Vinicius Junior during the first leg of their Champions League play-off match against Benfica. This was reported by "Marca", according to Sport24.az.
Recall that the match held in Lisbon ended with a 1-0 victory for the Madrid club. After scoring a goal, Vinicius approached the referee to complain about a racist insult directed at him by Benfica winger Gianluca Prestianni. In accordance with the anti-racism protocol, the game was stopped and resumed after 10 minutes.
"Real" submitted the evidence related to Tuesday's events to UEFA today.
