"Real Madrid" has withdrawn from participation in the Spanish Royal Football Federation's (RFEF) project related to the reform of the refereeing system.
Lent.az reports that the CEO of the "royal club", Jose Angel Sanchez, has already informed the federation that they will no longer participate in meetings on this topic.
According to reports, the Madrid club believes that La Liga is an unfair competition in terms of refereeing. This opinion has strengthened especially after the match against "Girona" (1:1) in the 31st round. In that match, a penalty was not awarded for a foul on Kilian Mbappe, and the club does not understand why this mistake was not corrected.
Currently, a "complete estrangement" reigns between the Spanish giant and the RFEF. "Real Madrid" has no intention of normalizing relations with the federation.
