According to the source, the "Royal Club" plans to retain the right to receive 50% of the player's future sale price.
Garcia has made 33 appearances in all competitions for Real Madrid this season. The 22-year-old forward has scored six goals and provided two assists, including one goal and one assist in the Spanish Super Cup final against Barcelona (2:3).
