"Real Madrid" fans protested against the referees after the 1:1 match against "Girona" and accused the Spanish Football Federation of being involved in corruption.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to foreign media.
According to reports, after the game, supporters of the Madrid representative whistled at the referees and chanted slogans "Corruption in the Federation!".
The protests intensified after a penalty was not awarded at the end of the match in an episode where Kylian Mbappé was hit in the face in the penalty area.
Chief referee Javier Alberola Rojas did not make a penalty decision in that episode, which caused discussions.
Note that "Real" is in second place with 70 points after 31 rounds, while "Girona" is in 12th place with 38 points.
