In the 26th minute, the visiting team's striker Kilian Mbappe opened the scoring with a penalty. Mbappe scored the second goal in the 52nd minute. Mbappe scored a hat-trick in the 74th minute. In the 83rd minute, midfielder Eduardo Camavinga scored the 4th goal for the Spanish giant. Brahim Diaz scored the fifth goal in the 90+3 minute.
In the first round of the Champions League, "Real Madrid" defeated "Marseille" 2:1, while "Kairat" lost to "Sporting" 1:4. In the next stage, "Real Madrid" will face "Juventus" (October 22), and the Almaty team will face "Pafos" (October 21).
