"Real" (Madrid) is considering the possibility of filing a lawsuit demanding compensation for the damage caused by "Barcelona" within the framework of the case related to the former vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees of the Spanish Football Federation, Jose Maria Negreira.
Idman.Biz reports that this was reported by the AS publication.
"The Royal Club" hopes to receive multimillion-dollar compensation.
Thus, "Real" has appealed to the court, demanding that appropriate checks be carried out within ten days and that accounts be submitted for investigation of "Barcelona's" financial transactions.
According to the investigation, between 2001 and 2018, Negreira received approximately 7.5 million euros for advice he gave to "Barcelona".
It should be recalled that in May of last year, the Barcelona court reportedly overturned the decision on the "Negreira case" regarding the club's accusation of bribery.
