"Real" Confirmed Xabi Alonso's Presentation Date

Xabi Alonso will begin his new job as head coach of "Real" next week. The specialist's presentation will take place on May 26.

According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the event will be held at the Spanish grand's club base. Xabi Alonso will sign a 3-year contract with "Real". He will work with the Madrid club at the Club World Cup, which will be held in June-July 2025.

Xabi Alonso will return to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. As a football player, he played for "Real" from 2009-2014. He started his coaching career in Real Sociedad's reserve team and made a big splash at Bayer.
