Manchester City forward Rayan Cherki has shared his thoughts on his experience working with the team's head coach, Josep Guardiola.
Idman.Biz reports that the French footballer stated in a statement on the club's official website that he has always considered Guardiola's intensity and philosophy of the game to be an example.
"It's all about the intensity that Guardiola puts into his style of play. It's amazing how much effort he puts into the sport, how much energy and emotion he puts into it every day.
Pep has always embodied how I see football. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have wanted to play in Guardiola's style. When I moved to Manchester City, I understood his ideas better, it became easier for me, and it's a good fit," said Cherki.
