Real Madrid defender Raul Asensio and three other former players of the club's youth team will appear in court for spreading intimate videos of two girls, one of whom was a minor, in 2023.

The prosecution has requested a prison sentence of two years, six months and one day for Asensio, who is accused of a crime against privacy. The court ruled that the 22-year-old footballer should pay bail of 15,000 euros.
It was noted that Asensio did not participate in the filming of the video without the girls' consent, but asked to show it to a friend. One of the girls, who is 18 years old, had previously withdrawn her charges against the Real Madrid player. The second girl is reported to be 16 years old.
The prosecution has requested a prison sentence of four years and seven months for each of the other three defendants - Ferran Ruiz, Juan Rodriguez and Andres Garcia - as they are accused of distributing child pornography.
