Rashad Sadygov: "There was confusion in the team in those minutes"

"Zira" lost to "Turan Tovuz" with a score of 0:2 in the 21st round of the Misli Premier League. Sport24.az reports that the head coach of "Eagles" Rashad Sadygov answered journalists' questions at the press conference held after the match:

- We started the game very badly and conceded two goals. There was confusion in the team in those minutes. We had a very bad first half. The opposite happened in the second half. We couldn't break the opponent's compact defense. The players tried after the break. But we couldn't fix the mistakes made at the beginning of the match later.

- You made a change in the first half. What was the reason?

- Ismail Ibrahimli had some discomfort at the beginning of the game. We were thinking about whether to let him on the field or not. It was felt that it affected his game. We fell behind and made a change.

- Are you watching Zira's reserve team? It seems that you are not inviting players from the reserve team to the main team this season... 

- We regularly invite children. I can't follow the Reserve League. But we invite players from there to the team. We will release whoever we see ready.

- Throughout the game, Turan Tovuz fans chanted slogans and threw taunts at you. What do you attribute this to?

- Frankly, I didn't know or understand it during the game. Turan Tovuz is my home team. I will not comment. Because I didn't know the reason.
