- I congratulate the opponent on the victory. It was a beautiful, interesting game. We were losing 0:3 in the first half. Although the game was at an equal level. I was satisfied with the performance of my players. It's just that the opponent made good use of the opportunities they had. We, on the contrary, could not evaluate the episodes. In this case, the score was unexpected after the first half. In the second half, the players did not give up the game, they fought until the end. In the end, we differed from the standard situation. But it seemed difficult to turn the game around. I want to thank my players. We had one of our good games. It is difficult to change the result in your favor when the opponent team performs accurately in the final shots.
- Usually "Zira" is distinguished by a reliable defense line. Today, however, there were minor mistakes in the defense. What do you think this is related to?
- Here it is necessary to take into account the skill level of the opponent. In the first 30 minutes, they took advantage of minor mistakes and immediately punished us. I don't see any other reason. My players were trying to fulfill the tasks given tactically. Everything was successful for the opponent today, and vice versa for us.
- Before the opponent's first goal, your players said there was a handball. Do you think this affected your team's game?
- I don't think so. I don't want to overshadow the opponent's victory by talking about refereeing. There was quality football in the performance of both teams. The opponent was more accurate in the final phase. That's why they won.
