The Azerbaijan national team, consisting of football players under 21, has travelled to Karvina in connection with the match to be held with the Czech national team within the framework of the European Championship qualifying stage. The head coach of our U-21 national team, Rashad Eyyubov, shared his thoughts with the AFFA press service regarding the upcoming official matches:
"We have two interesting games ahead of us. First of all, it is important for us to be mentally ready and to perform courageously on the field. Our tactical plan should also encourage the team to do so. Our opponents' players play in good European clubs. Therefore, it is very important to adapt to the intensity from the first minutes. I believe in our players, our goal is to help them fully reveal their potential in these matches."
It should be noted that U-21, which is in group B, will face Czech Republic on October 10 at the Karvina city stadium, and Scotland on October 14 at the "Dalga Arena".
