Barcelona forward Raphinha spoke about his feelings regarding not being able to win the 2025 Ballon d'Or.
Idman.Biz reports that the Brazilian player took fifth place in the voting.
"It was a personal disappointment for me. When you dedicate yourself so much, work every day, and feel like you've had an incredible season, you naturally hope to be one of the best. Of course, it's an honor to take fifth place, but my expectations were higher," Sport.es quotes Raphinha as saying.
Last season, the 28-year-old winger played 57 games in all competitions, scoring 34 goals and providing 26 assists. With Barcelona, he won La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup.
