The club "Araz-Nakhchivan" has enough time to analyze "Aris" (Greece), their opponent in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
This was stated to "Report" by Ramon Maçado, a football player representing Nakhchivan.
The 34-year-old forward stated that they started preparations for the new season a few days ago:
"We had the opportunity to rest a bit. We are training well to be fully ready for the start of the season. The adaptation of new players is also very important."
The Brazilian forward spoke about extending his contract with the club:
"I am very happy to be in Azerbaijan for another year and to renew my contract with Araz-Nakhchivan. My family and I like the country very much. We are very comfortable here."
Maçado emphasized that they are currently focused on both technical and physical preparation:
"We don't know anything about the opponent in the Conference League yet. But we will have enough time to analyze them."
It should be noted that the matches of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League will be held on July 24 and 31. Araz-Nakhchivan will play the first match at home and the return match away.
