"The opponent is a very good team, but they are not insurmountable." These words were said by Ramin Guliyev, the former head coach of "Sabah", in his statement to Sport24.az.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the match in which "Sabah" lost (0:1) to the Bulgarian representative "Levski" in the first match of the third round of the Conference League qualifying stage yesterday:
"While we were all expecting the game to end in a draw, a momentary carelessness led to a goal. But I believe that we will play more carefully, accurately and responsibly against them at home. If we play attacking football at home, we will be the team that passes the round. The chances are equal. However, the players must understand the essence of this game and prepare better."
It should be noted that the "Levski" - "Sabah" match ended with a 1:0 victory for the home team. The return match between the sides will be held on August 14.
