Milan midfielder Adrien Rabiot spoke about the Rossoneri's championship ambitions. Sport24.az reports that the French football player noted the importance of attracting experienced players to the team:
"It is difficult to become a champion with the current squad. Because there are few players in our team with experience of great victories. Especially when it comes to titles in the championship, which is a long and difficult road.
Finishing in the top four is Milan's main goal and we know that. But personally, I want more. If there is an opportunity to spend the season with 10 points, you cannot be satisfied with six or seven points.
I tell Milan's other players that we must have a champion's mindset and try to climb as high as possible. The duty of experienced football players like me is to explain to less experienced teammates how good it is to win."
It should be noted that Milan has collected 32 points after 15 rounds in Serie A and is in the 2nd place in the tournament table. They are 1 point behind the leader Inter.
