Qarabag's Victory Over Benfica Propels Azerbaijan in UEFA Rankings

Azerbaijan has moved up another spot in the UEFA coefficient table. According to Sport24.az, this was made possible thanks to Qarabag's determined victory (3:2) over Benfica in Lisbon in the first round of the Champions League.

 

This victory added another 0.500 coefficient to Azerbaijan's rating. As a result, our country's coefficient reserve reached 21.500. Azerbaijan surpassed Slovakia, rising from 26th to 25th place.

 

It should be noted that Serbia, which is currently in 24th place in the ranking, has a coefficient of 22.125.
