Azerbaijan has approached Ukraine in the UEFA ranking.
"Report" reports that this became possible thanks to Qarabag's victory over Ferencváros in Hungary in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off round.
"The Stallions" added another 0.500 coefficient to the country's asset. Azerbaijan (19.500) is 28th, and Ukraine (19.725) is 27th. Bulgaria (18.375) is in 29th place.
Ukraine and Bulgaria have three representatives each in European cups, while Azerbaijan has one.
It should be noted that Qarabag defeated Ferencváros 3:1 away. England leads the UEFA ranking with a coefficient of 94.839.
