Personnel changes continue at Eintracht Frankfurt, Qarabag's opponent in the Champions League.
According to Idman.Biz, referring to the club's official website, after the resignation of head coach Dino Topmöller, the Eintracht management decided to part ways with his assistants. Stefan Buck, Nelson da Silva Morgado and Haver Zembrodla have reportedly been dismissed by mutual agreement. Only Jan Visser remains from Topmöller's coaching staff.
It is noted that the coaches who left the Frankfurt club made a significant contribution to the team's success last season, when Eintracht finished third in the Bundesliga and reached the quarter-finals of the European League.
It should be reminded that Eintracht Frankfurt is temporarily headed by Dennis Schmitt, the head coach of the reserve team.
The match between Qarabag and Eintracht within the framework of the main stage of the UEFA Champions League will be held on January 21 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium and will start at 21:45 Baku time.
