Continuing its transfer activity for the next season, "Qarabag" wants to strengthen its defense line with a new player.
Idman.biz reports, referring to Sportal.az, that the main target of the Azerbaijani champion is Sami Mmaee, who plays for "Dinamo".
The Aghdam representative has been following the Moroccan football player since he played for Ferencvaros. The 28-year-old central defender preferred to move to Dinamo after leaving the Hungarian club last summer.
Mmae is having difficulty getting into the main squad in Zagreb. The experienced player, who is in talks with Qarabag, is warm to moving to the Azerbaijani club. It will be known in 1-2 weeks whether the transfer will take place.
Note that Sami Mmae scored 1 goal in 21 official matches he played for Dinamo last season. His contract with the Croatian club is until the summer of 2028.
