"Qarabag" sets goal-scoring record among Azerbaijani clubs in the Champions League

"Qarabag" has set a record for the number of goals scored in the UEFA Champions League.

Idman.Biz reports, citing the official website of the Professional Football League, that the Aghdam representative scored a total of 31 times in the 2025/2026 season, which is an absolute record for Azerbaijani clubs in a single season.

In the current season, Azerbaijani clubs have scored 48 goals in European competitions. This is a repeat of the productivity record from the 2023/2024 season. 31 of these goals belong to "Qarabag".
