"Amin Ramazanov's contract was until winter. After the agreement ended, he returned to "Qarabag." These words were said to Sport24.az by Rustam Mammadov, the head coach of "Zaqatala," which plays in the First League.
The expert spoke about the departure of the former goalkeeper of the Azerbaijan U-21 national team from the regional representative:
"Why didn't we keep him? There is not much to say about it. We wanted him to be in the team. It's just that he belongs to "Qarabag." Our agreement was until winter. Now he is in "Qarabag." As far as I know, there are difficulties in the goalkeeper position in the Aghdam club. Since Shahrudin Mahammadaliyev was injured, Amin was needed. We currently have two goalkeepers."
Mammadov added that they do not intend to attract another goalkeeper to the team: "As I mentioned, we currently have two goalkeepers. Both are local. Davud Shabanov and Mammad Muradov will protect the "framework" until the end of the season. We also have a young goalkeeper."
It should be noted that Amin Ramazanov wore the uniform of "Zaqatala" on loan in the first half of the season.
