"Qarabag" left the field without defeat for the first time in a match against an English club in European competitions.
According to Idman.Biz, on November 5, Gurban Gurbanov's team drew 2-2 with Chelsea in Baku in the fourth round of the Champions League group stage.
This match was the first undefeated match of the Azerbaijani champions against an English club in European competitions. "Qarabag" had previously met with English clubs seven times and lost in all matches. The goal difference is 1-21.
The Aghdam club previously faced Chelsea in their debut game in the group stage of the Champions League in the 2017/18 season. At that time, Gurbanov's team lost twice to the "aristocrats", 0-6 away and 0-4 at home.
