Yesterday, the lower price category tickets for the "Qarabag" match against "Copenhagen" in the second round of the UEFA Champions League main stage quickly sold out. However, loyal fans experienced dissatisfaction.
Idman.biz, referring to "Teleqraf", reports that as a result of a large part of the tickets going to the "black market", football fans are now looking for tickets 3-5 times more expensive than the original price.
It was expected that there would be great interest in the match to be held at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium. Most of the tickets put on sale on the "iTicket.az" website were sold out within a few hours. However, the sales process was not easy at all.
Thousands of fans on social networks complained about the rapid collapse of the sales system and the website not working. Towards the evening, the situation became even more tense: tickets were offered by people operating as a "black market" at prices ranging from 50-150 manats instead of the original prices of 5-30 manats.
Numerous protest comments have been written on the club's social media accounts regarding the issue.
It should be noted that the "Qarabag" - "Copenhagen" match will be held on October 1.
