Gurban Gurbanov's team will host the Danish representative "Copenhagen" within "native walls". The game will start at 20:45.
"Qarabag" and "Copenhagen" are rivals for the 5th time in European Cups. For the first time, these teams met in the summer of 1998 - in the competition then called the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup - and the Scandinavians won both matches by a big score - 6:0 at home and 4:0 away.
In the matches between the teams in the play-off stage of the Champions League in 2017, "Qarabag" was superior. Gurban Gurbanov's team, which won 1:0 in Baku, lost away (1:2), but thanks to the away goal rule at that time, they reached the League stage of the Champions League for the first time in its history.
