"Qarabag" and "Neftchi" Fined by AFFA Disciplinary Committee

The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has fined the "Qarabag" and "Neftchi" clubs.

Idman.Biz reports that the Aghdam representative lost 2500 because an unauthorized person entered the field after the match with "Kapaz".
