Idman.biz, referring to Sportinfo.az, reports that the Azerbaijani champion has agreed with Sammy Mmaee.
The stopper of Zagreb "Dinamo" is already in Baku.
The Moroccan-born Belgian will undergo a medical examination today. If no problem is detected in his health condition, an official statement will be made in the second half of the day.
The 28-year-old central defender moved to "Dinamo" last summer from Hungarian "Ferencvaros" as a free agent.
The "Gent" alumnus also defended the honor of "Saint-Truden" and "Saint-Truden" in Belgium.
